Check ut was as simple as anywhere I have stayed. I did find it interesting there were no potatoes on the buffet line. For the breakfast bar the next morning had the usual eggs, bacon, waffles, fruit and cereal. The managers reception was held in the lobby until 7PM. I didn't take the time to see if it just needed to be plugged in and I forgot to report it to the front desk when I checked out. I did notice the TV in the sitting area wasn't working correctly, keep getting no signal error. I had the king size bed with another TV in the bedroom. The sitting room had a nice couch and TV. There was a small kitchen that had most of the appliances one would need for a quick breakfast if you were so inclined. The room was quite roomy and looked like it had never been used before it was so clean. Check in was very quick and off I went to my 1st floor suite. Do not stay on the 4th floor if sleep is your plan.I had some points that were going to expire if I didn't use them so I decided it was an ideal time to use some of them for a night before I left for Nashville. The morning breakfast was better than average and the breakfast staff was very nice.I mentioned the fan motor drumming and vibrating the walls all night on the fourth floor to the morning clerk who apparently knew about it. It did not meet the expectations of the brand promise. One very slow elevator in the place makes for long long waits. Just above the ceiling is a very noisy droning huge fan something on the roof that literally vibrates the walls with a deep low pounding. Do not stay on the 4th floor on the North side. The front desk clerk was not in a good mood, I am a Diamond Hilton Honors member and this woman had attitude on the three trips I made to the front desk to get information. The ceiling in the hallway on the fourth floor is subsiding the entire lengthh of the halway from elevators to end of the hallway. Dirty dishes left in the halls ways from afternoon until after check out. Someone from Hilton needs to inspect this place. I have stayed at many Residence Inns over the years.
